When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Once an order is placed we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details, like adding products, and also altering your shipping address. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self service options once your order has been despatched. I have tried most curly/wavy products over the decades and I can honestly say this is the best. I used to have curly hair then as I got older, the curls dropped and it became wavy. Nothing stopped the frizz or created defined waves or curls. This product at last does both. I even have curls back. I am over the moon and highly recommend.
I actually have curly hair, but its weirdly very fine. Classic curly products make it look great the first day, but the second day not so much!
