When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Once an order is placed we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details, like adding products, and also altering your shipping address. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self service options once your order has been despatched. In this instance, we'd recommend proceeding with your order and returning any items you no longer wish for.
Normal shampoos aren't powerful enough
Greasy, oily hair is caused by product buildup and excess residue.
Problem is, normal shampoos aren’t powerful enough to remove the accumulated dirt, oils and products. As a result your locks lose their shine and volume.
A clarifying shampoo will strip away the layers of product residue. It’ll break down the dirt and excess oils.
It’ll unclog your hair follicles, allowing your scalp to breath. Thus promoting healthier, more robust hair.
How To Use
- Wash hair with Clarifying Shampoo
- Conditioner as normal or if hair is very dry, apply Deep Conditioning Treatment.
- Apply styling products as normal.
Only clarify when your hair is feeling greasy, heavy or full of product. This may only be once a month. Do not apply more than once per week as your hair will become too dry.

Will it work on my hair?

How long will my waves last?
Your defined waves will last a few days before you have to re-wash it.
