When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@merwave.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Once an order is placed we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details, like adding products, and also altering your shipping address. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self service options once your order has been despatched. How to use the Wavy Hair Kit

Massage a few pumps of Cleanse Shampoo into fully saturated wet hair. Start at the root, being sure to use fingertips to massage the product in thoroughly. Rinse.

Apply a generous amount of Repair Conditioner from scalp to ends until hair is saturated. Detangle and rinse off.

Scoop out a small amount of Wave Cream, then rake through soaking wet hair for even distribution. Lightly scrunch hair upwards, and you should see waves begin to form.

Glaze a few pumps of Cast Foam through wet hair, concentrating on mid-lengths and ends. Once distributed, scrunch hair in small sections upwards towards the root.

Scoop out a small amount of Protect Gel and scrunch into wet hair in small sections, repeating until gel is spread evenly through strands. Style as usual – leave to air dry or diffuse!"
