When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Once an order is placed we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details, like adding products, and also altering your shipping address. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self service options once your order has been despatched. In this instance, we'd recommend proceeding with your order and returning any items you no longer wish for.

As always Merwave were quick to deliver and packaged very well. I decided to try the wave cream, my hair is very fine and has a tendency to be dry on the ends. It took me a few times using it to get it right, I found that not using much made my hair feel soft and shiny, I applied it after using step 3 and sometimes didn’t need step 5.

Never knew how wavy my hair was was, as it used to be poker straight. I’ve been straightening it for years. I could never just leave it to air dry as it’d be a frizzy mess! I tried another well known curl product first, but it wasn’t for me. Far too heavy. Then I discovered Merwave, and wow! My waves are incredible! It’s too hot to blow dry and straighten my hair anyway but with Merwave I can wash, scrunch and go! I’m still trying to work out how to reduce frizz but it’s all trial and error. If you’ve got wavy hair then Merwave is the one!
These products are amazing - even my grumpiest colleague tapped me on the shoulder and told me my hair looked amazing. Easy to use, once the crunch has been scrunched out my hair is so soft and the waves stay in place beautifully!
