When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@merwave.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Once an order is placed we are unable to make any amendments. This includes order details, like adding products, and also altering your shipping address. You may be able to amend your address using the courier self service options once your order has been despatched. In this instance, we'd recommend proceeding with your order and returning any items you no longer wish for.

Behind the design
We wanted our hair wraps to be different. Something that stands out. Which is why instead of opting for a standard pattern print, we commissioned watercolour artist Charlotte Rose to create something that represents our wavy hair - unique and vibrant.
Drawing inspiration from our love for the sea, Charlotte hand drew dozens of shells, waves, starfish and shapes, before skilfully painting the vibrant watercolour patterns that bring these towels to life.
Not only are they practical, but they also look gorgeous hanging up in your bathroom.

Will it work on my hair?
This kit is designed for wavy/curly hair. So as long as your hair has a natural wave to it, then they will work. Click here to discover if your hair is wavy
How long will my waves last?
Your defined waves will last a few days before you have to re-wash it.
Are the products gluten free?
No. They contain hydrolysed wheat protein
